At RiteScopez, we welcome writers from all walks of life to share their stories, insights, and creative works with our community. To ensure high-quality, engaging, and meaningful content, we’ve outlined these guidelines for submitting articles, quizzes, polls, and other forms of content on our platform.

By following these guidelines, you’ll increase the chances of your content being published and resonate with readers while also earning revenue for views.

1. Content Types We Accept

We encourage submissions in various categories, including but not limited to:

News: Timely articles that cover current events locally or globally.
Entertainment: Viral content, celebrity news, TV and movie reviews, or other pop culture topics.
Lifestyle: Articles about health, wellness, travel, fashion, food, and personal development.
Polls & Quizzes: Interactive and engaging polls or quizzes that entertain and inform readers.
Lists: Top 10 lists, rankings, and other content structured around lists for easy reading.
Opinion Pieces: Thought-provoking opinions on trending topics or personal stories.
Guides & How-tos: Educational content that provides clear instructions or tips on specific subjects.

2. General Submission Guidelines

To maintain the quality of content on RiteScopez, all submissions must adhere to the following standards:

Originality: We only accept original content that has not been published elsewhere. Plagiarism will not be tolerated, and content found to be copied will be rejected.
Engagement: Create content that resonates with our readers. Whether it’s informative, entertaining, or thought-provoking, aim to engage and captivate the audience.
Clarity: Write in clear, concise language that is easy to read. Avoid overly complex jargon or technical terms unless absolutely necessary.
Formatting: Use proper structure with headings, subheadings, bullet points, and paragraphs to make your content easy to follow. Lists should be properly numbered or bulleted.
Accuracy: Ensure that all facts, figures, and statements are accurate and backed by credible sources when necessary. Misleading or false information will not be published.
Length: The minimum word count for articles is 400 words. However, more in-depth pieces (800+ words) tend to perform better and have a higher likelihood of generating views.
Language: All submissions must be in English. Ensure your grammar and spelling are correct by proofreading before submitting.

3. Prohibited Content

To maintain the safety and inclusivity of our platform, the following types of content are strictly prohibited:

Hate Speech: Any content that promotes discrimination, racism, sexism, or hate against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
Violent Content: Graphic depictions of violence or content encouraging harm or criminal behavior.
Inappropriate or Explicit Material: We do not allow content with explicit adult material or offensive language unsuitable for a general audience.
False Information: Content that contains false claims, conspiracies, or misleading information that could harm or deceive readers.
Copyright Violations: Submitting content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others is strictly prohibited. Ensure you have the rights to use any images, videos, or text included in your content.

4. Image and Multimedia Guidelines

We encourage writers to include visuals to enhance their articles. However, please follow these guidelines:

Images: All images must be high-quality, relevant to the article, and legally licensed or sourced from free-to-use platforms. Always provide attribution if required.
Videos: If embedding videos, ensure they are relevant to your content and hosted on reputable platforms like YouTube or Vimeo.
Captions: Provide captions for all images and videos to give proper context.

5. Editing and Review Process

Once your content is submitted, it will go through a review process by our editorial team:

Initial Review: Our editors will assess the content to ensure it adheres to our submission guidelines and editorial standards.
Revisions: If minor changes are needed, our team may make edits directly or request revisions from you before publication.
Approval: If your content meets all criteria, it will be published on the platform and visible to readers.
Rejection: Content that does not align with our guidelines or violates our policies may be rejected. We will notify you if your submission has been declined and, where appropriate, provide feedback for improvement.

6. Monetization & Earnings

Writers are compensated based on the number of views their content receives. To maximize your earnings, follow these tips:

Create Shareable Content: Write engaging and relatable content that people want to share across social media and other platforms.
Promote Your Work: Share your articles with your personal networks to drive traffic and increase your views.
Write Consistently: The more quality content you produce, the more opportunities you have to earn from views.

7. Submission Frequency

You are free to submit as many articles, quizzes, polls, or other content as you’d like. There is no limit to how much you can publish each day. However, please ensure that all submissions maintain a high standard of quality.

8. How to Submit

You can submit your content directly through your RiteScopez dashboard after registering as a user. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to upload your text, images, and any other multimedia.
